Pitcher of the Month Named in NL Saturday, August 1st , 2048 July was a very good month for Jeff Swomley of the Biloxi Shuckers. He held opposing hitters for a .195 average and took home the National League Pitcher of the Month award. In 6 starts he claimed a 5-0 record as he put up a 1.54 ERA and struck out 26 in 35 innings.
