Garrett Fires Shutout in SeaWolves Victory Tuesday, June 30th , 2048 Erie SeaWolves pitcher Alex Garrett really got it done at The Ballpark at Jackson today in his 9-0 shutout victory over the Jackson Generals, shutting them down on 7 hits. "It was just one of those games where everything went right. I threw a lot of strikes," Garrett said. "And the pitches they did get to hit, they didn't do anything with them." The 22-year-old issued no walks and had 8 strikeouts in the SeaWolves win. For the year Garrett has compiled a 9-3 record with a 2.74 ERA. |
