Harper Belts Bunch of Base Hits Saturday, June 27th , 2048 The Frisco RoughRiders swept past the Trenton Thunder 16-4 today at Arm & Hammer Park, paced by shortstop Brace Harper. The 34-year-old Harper got 5 hits in 5 at-bats, helping to down the Thunder. Brace Harper hit a two-run double in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Joe Shaw in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Harper has a .223 average and a .279 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 21 hits, 3 home runs and driven in 14 runs. |
