Buffalo Takes Division Championship Saturday, October 10th , 2048 Frank Caulfield wore out opposing pitchers en route to being named Division Championship MVP. The star's Buffalo Bisons defeated the Round Rock Express by a series score of 4-1 to advance to the Conference Championship. Buffalo won the final game by a 12-7 count in front of a raucous crowd at Coca-Cola Field. Caulfield hit .318 with a .318 on-base percentage in the series, while also adding 0 home runs, driving in 6 RBI and scoring 3 runs. "Just trying to do my job, that's all there is too it," said Caulfield. The Conference Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Division Championship finishes. |
