No Comeback This Season for Skogen Sunday, September 6th , 2048 Ray Skogen has to call it a season. The Tacoma Rainiers center fielder learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 09/05/2048 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a broken bone in the elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 months. The team will likely place Skogen on the injured list today. Skogen is presently hitting at a .218 pace with 9 home runs and 43 RBIs. He has played in 118 games and scored 43 times. |
