Gwinnett-Sacramento Fight Results in Suspensions Tuesday, June 30th , 2048 After an intense confrontation, both the Braves Ivan Ramirez and the River Cats John Delaney were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Gwinnett-Sacramento game. Ivan Ramirez will miss 4 games, while John Delaney was suspended for 6 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Ivan Ramirez commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." Batting .319 to date, Ramirez has 1 home run and 5 RBIs.
