					| Expos Mow Down White Sox, 9-3 |
					| The Montreal Expos knocked off the Chicago White Sox, 9-3, at Quebecor Stadium. John Ham was a big reason Montreal won. The left fielder was 3 for 3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Tris Ross got the save, the 1st for him this season. The loss makes the White Sox 7-12.
Early in the game, third baseman Tommy Mize had a grand slam home run for Montreal. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Expos on top, 5-1.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Ham told the Montreal Observer.
