					| Chicago turned a good effort from starter Josh MacQueen into a win over the Miami Marlins at Marlins Park. The final score was 4-1. Unkei Wakamatsu earned the save for Chicago, his 3rd. Miami is 9-10 after the loss. 
 Chicago needed the clutch hitting of Francisco Ramirez to notch the win. The designated hitter hammered a 2-run  home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Cubs on top, 3-1. For the game, Ramirez had 1 home run and 1 single in 3 at-bats.
 
 "Can't say enough about our pitching," said Ramirez.
