					| Waltersson, Angels Wallop Dodgers, 12-2 |
					| Bjoern Waltersson had a big hand in California's 12-2 triumph over Los Angeles. He rattled off 3 hits in 3 at-bats, scoring 2 times and knocking in 3 runs. Harambe Vick got the win, improving to 6-6. He pitched 9 innings, giving up 4 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 6 and walking 1. California goes to 59-41. The win puts them 3½ games up in their division.
The Angels got an important contribution from catcher Avery Maxwell, who in the bottom of the fourth knocked a 1-1 fastball into center for a 2-run double. It was his 10th double of the season and put the Angels ahead, 4-1.

Los Angeles manager LAS Double Dip called the blowout loss "ugly."
