					| Giants Drop Brewers, 6-3 |
					| Starting pitcher Chong-yeol Wong pitched well enough to help the San Francisco Giants beat the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-3. Tim Welshman finished the game for San Francisco and earned his 1st save. The Giants move to 37-33 with the win, while the Brewers drop to 35-32.
In the bottom of the ninth, Lewis Thorpe Jr. stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Brewers were trailing 6-3, but had the bases loaded. That's when Tim Welshman made a terrific pitch and Thorpe Jr. lined out. Gone was the dream of a Milwaukee comeback.
