					| 3-1 Mariners Win over Orioles Evens Season Record |
					| In a low-scoring clash between Seattle and Baltimore, pitcher Larry Tuckfard was a difference-maker. The left-hander earned accolades in the 3-1 win. William de Jesus earned the win after being called from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. He upped his record to 2-1. Earning his 7th save for Seattle was Omar Colunga.
With one out in the bottom of the seventh, Harutomi Matsubara had a game-changing hit. The Mariners shortstop slammed a run-scoring single off Jay Rapini, making the score 2-1, Seattle.

"I got in a good groove," said Tuckfard. "I was getting some swings and misses."

Their 18-18 record puts the Mariners third in the American League West Division.
