					| The Milwaukee Brewers topped the Cincinnati Reds, 7-3, in National League action at Miller Park. The standout performance belonged to Milwaukee designated hitter and Melbourne, Australia, native Lewis Thorpe Jr.. John Owens, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 5th save. The Brewers raised their record to 20-12. 
 The Brewers got a big hit from center fielder Pat Wilson. In the bottom of the fifth, Wilson pounded a 2-run  double to left-center. His 3rd double of the season put the Brewers ahead, 4-2.
 
 "Our guys are never satisfied," said Milwaukee manager Andy Pafko III.
