		| Insley Strokes 5 Hits |
		| Colorado (EL) first baseman Ray Insley could do no wrong today, but the Rockies could.
Insley collected 5 hits against the Tennessee Smokies, but he couldn't win the game. Colorado (EL) fell, 11-8, in extra innings at Colorado Rockies Complex.

"It's a shame we didn't win," Insley said later. "It would have been a very special day if that had happened."

"In every one of his at-bats, things were in his favor," Smokies manager Akil Baddoo said. "We couldn't keep him from getting ahead in the count and once you get ahead, it makes it a lot easier because you get better pitches to hit."

Ray Insley doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, flied out in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 11th.

This year Insley is batting .258 with 7 home runs and 32 RBIs. In 73 games he has scored 34 times.
