Lugnuts Weinmann Stops Legends Saturday, August 24th , 2047 Josh Weinmann kept the Lexington Legends hitters off balance all game long as the Lansing Lugnuts pitcher blanked the Legends, 10-0. Weinmann gave up 3 hits, struck out 10 and walked 0. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length. "It was a nice win in a long season," he said. "I don't want to dwell too much on it." To this point in the season Weinmann has 10 wins and 5 losses and a 3.01 ERA. |
