Stebbins Selected Top Player Monday, August 13th , 2046 Speak softly and carry a big stick and you could win the National League Player of the Week Award just like Tyler Stebbins. He really dazzled on the diamond this week with a .320 average to take home the trophy. The Boise first baseman went 8-for-25, drove in 14 runs, scored 13 times and hit 5 home runs. Stebbins is hitting .220 so far this season with 79 RBIs and 59 runs scored. He has 73 hits including 19 home runs, 51 walks and .332 OBP. |
