Toney Wins Best A Pitcher Thursday, February 1st , 2046 Last month's cream of the crop on the mound was Ian Toney of the Bradenton Marauders. He captured the A Division Pitcher of the Month award for his outstanding performance in January. Toney started 3 games, threw 21.2 innings, yielded 10 hits and logged a 3-0 record.
