A's #1 Batter Chosen Thursday, February 1st , 2046 When Kevin Wiebe stepped up to the plate in January he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the A Division Batter of the Month award. The young Rancho Cucamonga first baseman posted a .341 batting average with 11 home runs, 19 RBIs and scored 15 runs. Wiebe also worked pitchers for 8 walks to post a .472 on-base percentage. This season Wiebe has 19 home runs and a .223 batting average. |
