Miracle, Nishihara Stonewall Brevard County, 12-0 Thursday, January 4th , 2046 The Brevard County Manatees met their match today in Fort Myers hurler Kazuo Nishihara. He kept them guessing the whole game and spun a 5-hit shutout. "He just worked us over," Brevard County skipper Matt Rothenberg said. "He probably didn't even need a shower after the game -- he barely worked up a sweat." In the 12-0 victory, Nishihara whiffed 5 and gave up no walks. This year Nishihara has 4 wins and no losses and a 1.69 ERA. |
