Hottenstein Awarded August's NL Top Bat Prize Saturday, September 1st , 2046 San Antonio Missions fans may just have witnessed a star player blossoming before their eyes in August. Devin Hottenstein put up a remarkable month at the age of 25 and has been named the National League Batter of the Month. For the month, Hottenstein hit .310 with 8 home runs, 18 RBIs and 14 runs scored. In the current season, Hottenstein has put up a .272 batting average with 85 hits, 20 home runs, 56 RBI and scored 53 runs. |
