Smokies Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, August 10th , 2046 It's back to the drawing board for the Tennessee Smokies. The club's efforts at building a championship contender fell short this year, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. This is the club's 17th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2029.In total, the Smokies have missed the playoffs 28 times in their 31-year history. |
