Tides End Feeney's Streak Sunday, June 24th , 2046 Luke Feeney's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 22 games today as the Toledo Mud Hens dropped their contest with the Norfolk Tides 4-3 at Harbor Park. Feeney failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-3. After the game Feeney spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. Feeney is presently hitting at a .357 pace with 1 home run and 5 RBIs. He has played in 7 games and scored 4 times. |
