		| The Tampa Bay (WIN) Rays ignited a huge celebration as they beat the Cincinnati (WIN) Reds 9-3 to win the World Series. 
 Tampa Bay (WIN) won the series 4-2, capturing the title for the 1st time.
 
 "We stepped it up at the right time, and now we're the champs," said Tampa Bay (WIN) manager Alex Herrnberger. "It's a great feeling."
 
 The champs finished the regular season 30-18 and claimed third place in the Division A.
 
 In the jubilant clubhouse after the decisive game, series MVP and third baseman Paul Landes said the Rays have "great fans and they deserve this."
 
 "I am so happy for our city right now," he said.
