					| San Francisco Makes It 6 Straight with 7-5 Win |
					| Arizona catcher Perry Tuckfard had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Tuckfard went 4-5 with 2 triples and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2, even as San Francisco beat the Diamondbacks, 7-5. Andrew Kindig was called on to finish, recording his 5th save. The win puts San Francisco at 10-6.
San Francisco relied on the bat of Tom Best to get the win. The right fielder ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Giants ahead, 7-4. For the game, Best had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

Best expressed little emotion after the game. "Every game we win now," he said, "is one less win we'll need to get in the end."
