Montgomery is abuzz in the wake of a masterful no-hitter by Jose Robles.

The 21-year-old hurler was dominating against the Trenton Thunder, leading the Biscuits to a 2-0 win at Arm & Hammer Park today.

"I could tell early on that it was going to be a long day for us," Trenton manager Taylor Guerrieri said afterward. "He made us look real bad. He was that good. And still going strong at the end of the game."

Robles had 6 strikeouts and gave up 1 walk en route to the no-hitter.

"Yeah, this was a special day for me," Robles said. "I had my good stuff and good movement. Good location, too. Even when I made a mistake, I got away with it today."

Thus far this season, Robles has tossed 205.1 innings in 30 starts, fanned 194 batters, walked 51 and put up a 2.10 ERA with 12 wins and 7 losses.
