					| Franklin Rojas was superb against Houston. The right-hander  had a fastball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Athletics victory. The score was 12-2. The Athletics  raised their record to 70-92. 
 Rojas gave Oakland a solid start. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits over 8.1 innings.
 
 "We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Dave DaSilva.
