					| Twins right fielder Alejandro Soriano put his stamp on his team's 6-2 win over the Chicago White Sox. Soriano went 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for Minnesota in the contest.  The winner was Nigel Turner, who threw 104 pitches over 5.2 innings. The left-hander was charged with 1 run on 2 hits. Mark Case locked down his 16th save. 
 In the first inning, Soriano had a 2-run  home run for Minnesota. It was his 13th home run of the season and put the Twins on top, 2-0.
 
 "We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Soriano.
 
 The victory puts Minnesota at 58-99.
