					| The New York Yankees topped the Baltimore Orioles, 5-1, in American League action at Yankee Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of New York pitcher Jason Greene. With the win, New York raised its record to 73-64. 
 The Yankees got a big hit from center fielder Evan Torraville. In the bottom of the fifth, Torraville pounded a grand slam home run to right. His 36th home run of the season put the Yankees ahead, 5-1.
 
 "You work hard, day in and day out, hoping to give the fans something to cheer about. Today was a good day," Torraville told the New York Times.
