					| Behind an impressive start by Michael Walsh, Los Angeles beat Oakland, 4-2. The winning pitcher was Walsh, now 6-12. He tossed 6.2 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 4 and fanning 3. Jon Harris, credited with the save, is now 21 for 26 in save opportunities. 
 Danny Dyer, the 2039 Rookie of the Year Award winner , had a direct impact on the outcome. Dyer contributed a run-scoring  walk in the top of the seventh inning to put Los Angeles up, 4-2.
 
 Walsh told a Los Angeles Gazette reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
