					| Kasahara Slugs Athletics to 7-2 Win |
					| Sakae Kasahara left his imprint on the 7-2 Oakland win against the Cleveland Indians. Kasahara, who is on pace for 123 RBI this season, went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Jalen Cobbins, who went 8.1 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 7 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 6. His record now stands at 7-4. The win makes Oakland 52-63.
With Oakland trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the third, Kasahara hit a curveball from Ben Cole for a 2-run home run. It was his 31st home run of the season and put the Athletics ahead, 3-2.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Kasahara told the Oakland Citizen.
