		| Doge Goes 5-for-6 Against Bristol |
		| It was a sensational day at the plate for David Doge as he led the charge to a 31-1 win over the Pirates. The Miami (APP) right fielder was pure misery for the Bristol pitching staff. He left them shell-shocked with 5 hits in 6 at-bats in an explosive display of hitting.
"Doge put the ball into play and he really hit it hard," said J.J. Barajas, manager for the Pirates, after the game. "When you do that, you've got a good chance to do some damage. And that's what happened. I feel like we threw some good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball."

David Doge singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Onne Stubbe in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Erik Mulligan in the 2nd, walked in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Randy Nelligan in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Randy Nelligan in the 8th.

Currently Doge is hitting .305 and has collected 12 home runs, 47 RBIs and scored 42 times, while playing in 34 games.
