					| Jordan Sensational, 6-for-6 |
					| All game long, Pittsburgh's Steve Jordan was rattling the walls at PNC Park and banging out base hits against the St. Louis Cardinals. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 6-hit day and the Pirates had a 14-1 victory.
Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 34-year-old right fielder said, "Get 6 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this."

Steve Jordan singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Geoff Mooney in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Luis Herrera in the 6th and singled in the 8th.

This season Jordan has 12 home runs and a .259 batting average.
