					| Blue Jays Win 6-5 Walk-Off |
					| Behind the bravura of shortstop Jose Amparan, the Bluefield Blue Jays topped the Burlington Royals by the score of 6-5. Amparan went 4 for 6 with 4 singles for the Blue Jays. The win was credited to Dusty Jacobs in relief. His record improves to 7-5. Edwardo Paz took the loss. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Blue Jays.
The contest featured some late-game dramatics from Bluefield shortstop Jose Amparan. In the bottom of the 11th inning, with one out and the bases loaded, Amparan hit a walk-off run-scoring single to help Bluefield seize the win.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Bluefield manager Dickie Joe Thon.
