		| Mr. Perfect: Scott Tosses Rare Gem |
		| Over the course of baseball history, some moments stand a little taller than others. One of those moments happened today at Calfee Park.
Texas (APP) right-hander Bobby Scott threw a perfect game at as the Rangers beat the Pulaski Yankees, 14-0. In his post-game comments, Scott told reporters that it was something he had never dreamed of.

"As a kid, you always think of pitching to win the final game of a championship," Scott said. "You never think of pitching a perfect game, because it just seems unattainable. I'll remember this day for the rest of my life."

By the end of the game, Scott had rung up 18 Pulaski hitters on strikeouts, and did not allow a single baserunner. The fans gave Scott a standing ovation as he left the mound, knowing they had witnessed one of the rarest events in the sport.

In 28 starts this season, Scott has recorded 11 wins and absorbed 12 losses. He has pitched 167.1 innings, allowed 142 hits, struck out 252 and has a 4.79 ERA.
