					| Behind a solid performance from second baseman Pedro Nin, the Boston Red Sox defeated the Baltimore Orioles, 5-3. Nin went 3-4 with 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Red Sox. The win puts the Red Sox at 19-23, while the Orioles drop to 21-17. 
 Early in the game, catcher Cesar Breceda had a 3-run  home run for Boston. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Red Sox on top, 3-0.
 
 "I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Nin.
