Spokane Indians starter Valery Sahanov was unhittable today at Avista Stadium.

Sahanov beat the Lowell Spinners 10-0, breezing through the Spinners lineup en route to a no-hitter.

"I thought Valery started off a little slow and was struggling with his command at first," Indians manager Huston Street said later. "He lucked his way through the early innings, and they helped him out by not being patient. Eventually, it all came together for him, and from there on the Spinners never had a chance. He dominated them."

Sahanov struck out 12 batters and issued 3 walks in the performance.
