SL2 Player of the Week Selected Monday, December 19th , 2044 It was announced today that Louisiana State University center fielder Jose Melendez has been acclaimed by the Sub League 2 as the Player of the Week for his outstanding play last week. Melendez posted a .469 batting average as he collected 15 hits in 32 at-bats, no home runs and 3 RBIs. This season Melendez has hit at a .340 clip with 33 RBIs, 0 home runs and 46 runs scored. |
