Big Bat Pays Off, Zazulak Player of the Week Monday, November 28th , 2044 15-year-old Brian Zazulak made a few Coastal Carolina University headlines during this past week as the rookie shortstop proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Sub League 2 officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 12 hits in 18 at-bats to put up a .667 average. Zazulak collected no home runs, 4 RBIs and scored 6 runs. This year Zazulak has 2 home runs and a .340 batting average. |
