Blue Crabs Prevail, as Quarter-Finals Goes to the Wire Tuesday, November 1st , 2044 It took a while, but the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs finally disposed of the Niagara Falls Phantoms 3-0 in the series clincher at Niagara Falls Casino & Resort. Winning the finale gave the Blue Crabs the series, 4-3. They will now advance to the Semi-Finals. The Most Valuable Player Award went to Southern Maryland first baseman Ray Sims. He batted .667 in the series, collecting 2 RBIs and scoring 2 runs. The Semi-Finals matchups and schedule will be announced after the Quarter-Finals finishes. |
