Chew Week's Top Player Monday, September 19th , 2044 Gang-sheng Chew punched, poked and pummeled the baseball last week and today he garnered a majority of the votes for the Eastern League Player of the Week award. The New Jersey Devils third baseman slashed out a .625 average with 15 hits in 24 at-bats, 10 home runs and 18 RBIs. For the season Chew has hit .318 with 74 home runs and 149 RBIs. He has played in 96 games and scored 100 times. |
