Ayala and Padres Make Deal Tuesday, November 29th , 2044 Bobby Ayala inked a deal that will keep the seasoned veteran on the Padres roster another 3 years. Earlier today team personnel announced that the 35-year-old had settled on a $23,200,000-a-year deal to play at Petco Park. It's no secret Ayala is getting older, but he could still contribute a lot to the franchise. Over his career Ayala is batting .345 with 470 doubles, 80 triples, 309 home runs, 1060 RBIs and scored 1292 runs in 1597 games. |
