Bluefield Takes Division Series Sunday, November 13th , 2044 The Bluefield Blue Jays are one step closer to the World Series. The club prevailed 8-1 at Bowen Field tonight to eliminate the Baltimore (APP) Orioles and advance to the Conference Series. The Blue Jays won the series by a 4-2 margin, with third baseman and series MVP Jack Andrews leading the way. "I'm proud of all the guys," Andrews said. "This was a team effort, not just me." The Conference Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes. |
