Pulaski Sweeps into the Division Series Monday, October 31st , 2044 With a 9-8 win to wrap up the series at Calfee Park, the Pulaski Yankees have eliminated the Boston (APP) Red Sox in the Wildcards Series and move on to the Division Series . Pulaski controlled the series from the outset and won it in a 4-0 sweep. Bobby Melillo led the charge offensively for the victors, winning series MVP honors. He posted a .571 batting average, along with a .625 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 5 runs. "We're not done yet," the MVP said. "There is still a lot to accomplish." The Division Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcards Series finishes. |
