Indians Dominate, Sweep Divisional Championship Sunday, October 9th , 2044 The Spokane Indians had all facets of their game going and have swept the Chicago (NYP) White Sox in the Divisional Championship. Spokane now heads off to the Conference Championship, after wrapping up the series with a 19-0 win. Alvare Bairro was named MVP, as he put up a .357 batting average, with a .550 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 6 runs. The Conference Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Championship finishes. |
