Yard Goats Advance to Conference Championship Tuesday, October 18th , 2044 The Hartford Yard Goats are one step closer to winning a World Series, and the season came to a close for the Binghamton Mets. Hartford won the Division Championship 4-2, with a 4-3 victory in the deciding game at NYSEG Stadium today. Hartford center fielder In-sung Lee was named the MVP of the series, after hitting .318 with a .375 on-base percentage. He had 2 homers, drove in 4 RBI and scored 3 runs. "I just hope I can keep it up in the Conference Championship," he said. The Conference Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Division Championship finishes. |
