23-Game Streak Ends, Dalton Hitless Sunday, September 18th , 2044 Corey Dalton had his hitting streak snapped at 23 games today during a 8-2 Atlanta (MID) win over the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers at Neuroscience Feild at Fox Cities Stadium. The 25-year-old first baseman was hitless in 5 at-bats. "Had to end sometime," Dalton said, shrugging. Currently Dalton is hitting .297 and has collected 21 home runs, 92 RBIs and scored 72 times, while playing in 133 games. |
