Lynchburg Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, January 6th , 2044 It certainly could have been worse this year for the Lynchburg Hillcats, but that does not mean it was a season to remember. The team was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. The Hillcats have missed the playoffs 27 times in their 28 years as a California Winter League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 19th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2024. |
