Red Sox Dominate, Sweep Wildcard Series Friday, September 30th , 2044 With a 4-2 victory at Durham Bulls Athletic Park, the Pawtucket Red Sox have completed a sweep of the Durham Bulls in the Wildcard Series. "On to the Division Championship and feeling good," said Mike Quackenbush. "I don't think our guys expected a sweep, but we'll certainly take it and rest up a bit." For the series, Quackenbush hit .750 and won series MVP honors. He had 0 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Division Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcard Series finishes. |
