					| New York Mets starter Matt McAtee pitched a strong game against the Atlanta Braves at Turner Field, leading the Mets to victory, 5-4. McAtee picked up the win for New York, going 5 innings. He gave up no runs on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 2-0. Ron Hawkins collected save number 4. 
 Kaname Fujimoto dealt the Braves a blow in the top of the seventh. Batting with runners on 1st and 3rd and New York leading 4-0, Fujimoto  hit a 1-0 curveball for a run-scoring  single.
