		| No-Hit Masterpiece by Hamilton |
		| In a dominant outing, Adrian Hamilton of the Colorado (EL) Rockies totally silenced the bats of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, finishing with a no-hitter.
In the Rockies' 16-0 victory, Hamilton faced only 27 batters, surrendered no hits, had 13 strikeouts and 1 walk.

"Honestly, I didn't even know the situation was what it was until the seventh inning," Colorado (EL) manager Jeff Hoffman said. "I happened to look up there to see how many hits we had gotten, and I happened to notice that they hadn't gotten any."

Commenting on the defeat, losing manager Chris Archer had a "pretty simple" analysis of the game.

"The Rockies had all the hits and all the runs, so they won," he snapped. "But yeah, Hamilton pitched a heck of a ballgame."

So far this season Hamilton has a 11-3 record, 17 starts, 112.1 innings, 140 strikeouts and a 2.16 ERA.
