Martinez Bangs Out 6 Base Hits
6 hits in a game is a rare thing, but New Orleans's Ramon Martinez made it happen today against the Dodgers. Everything came together at the plate for the 21-year-old second baseman as he collected 6 hits in 6 at-bats -- and led the Zephyrs to a 19-18 win at Zephyr Field.

"I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Martinez said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em."

Ramon Martinez singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, walked in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and doubled in the 9th.
